Kids Boxing

In our kids boxing program students will learn basic boxing skills such as footwork, body movement, punches, punch combinations, etc. Students will also improve their overall physical fitness through jumping rope, boxing drills, and different conditioning exercises. Participation in the kids boxing program will teach your child valuable self defense skills while improving his/her coordination, strength and stamina, discipline, and self-confidence.
